Sophistication and style paraded over the golden carpet at the 2018 Emmy Awards and we’ve got the list of the best dressed stars.
Because winning an Emmy isn’t the only thing stars strive for at the Primetime Emmy Awards.
Being remembered for your fashion choice at the Emmys is just as important as winning one.
Kicking things off with one of our favorites is the (hashtag) #couplegoals, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. The pair arrived looking stunning. Biel was nominated for best lead actress in a limited series/movie for her work on The Sinner. She wore a beautiful off-white strapless gown and kept her golden locks simple. Her best accessory was of course, her supportive husband.
Dakota Fanning was also one of the first to arrive at the carpet donning a Dior mint green gown that she paired with 175 carats of emeralds. She looked absolutely gorgeous in that sweetheart neckline.
Next up we have the youngest of the queens, Millie Bobby Brown. The Stranger Things actress wore a very elegant, millennial pink gown. This was a floral off the shoulder Calvin Klein design that she paired with a delicate necklace.
Kristen Bell kept it simple and arrived in sleek long sleeve white gown that seemed to be inspired by ‘Frozen’s’ Elsa.
On the contrary, Tiffany Haddish was a rainbow of colors. The dress’s red, yellow, blue, and green color scheme was intended to reflect the colors of the Eritrean flag, in a nod to honor her father who passed away last year.
I know on Wednesdays we wear pink but Black-ish star Tracee Ellis Ross wore a Pink Valentino Haute Couture dress on a Monday and definitely made a statement.
Taraji P. Henson opted for a sheer floral black gown that was a “business in the front, party in the back” theme.
And lastly, Penelope Cruz dazzled in an icy feathery strands dress designed by Channel.
There were so many others but these were only some of our favorites at the 70th annual Primetime Emmy Awards, which were your favorites?
